Complaints
Filing a Complaint
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any of the services you receive at the Menominee Tribal Clinic, you may file a written complaint with any clinic department head or with the Health Administrator.
Patient complaints will be reviewed by the clinic’s Quality Improvement Committee. Patients not satisfied with the response may appeal the decision to the tribal Health Board Committee in accordance with the tribe’s complaint procedure.
We want to maintain high quality care and service to our patients. Your comments, criticism, and complaints help us to monitor our performance and make improvements where needed.
