A wide range of comprehensive mental health services are provided as outpatient services at the Menominee Tribal Clinic between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. Outpatient services are available for regularly scheduled appointments with the flexibility to accept walk-ins when possible.
After the initial diagnosis and assessment, individual, family or couple therapy may be suggested. Examples of some of the reasons individuals contact Mental Health Services are: Family difficulties, marital/couple problems, separation and divorce, parent-child difficulties, depression, anxiety, grief, employee assistant referrals, court orders for services, and school difficulties to list a few. Mental Health Services also assists individuals to deal with stress through relaxation training and biofeedback.

You can obtain Mental Health forms by printing and completing the attached form and bring in with you when you come to the clinic for your appointment.
